About Comoto
Comoto is a CV management tool and database for candidates and recruiters, giving both sides one web-site for finding and filling positions. Several thousand professionals are already members of Comoto, and the number increases daily. Until now, professionals have had to set up CVs on a range of websites to catch the eye of recruiters – and recruiters have been forced to review multiple sites to be sure they see all the available talent. The downside? Extra work, a more difficult recruiting process – and many missed opportunities for both sides. That’s why we developed Comoto. Our aim is to give candidates and recruiters the opportunity to meet on one site. In addition, we wanted to give candidates the chance to set up “One CV for Life” – a single CV and e-portfolio that could be exported to any format and any other CV database. A single CV that would be useful to recruiters on the lookout for talent. To start with, we have launched a SAP specialist Community called Comozap (earlier Zaple) in 2004 which was a great success, attracting thousands of users.
